I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?

Jooly, | absolutely love it... I absolutely love the way you put pictures on canvas and I have used you now for several years. I have just done four prints. I was quite disappointed in one of them. I would have appreciated an email advising me that there was a small water spot on the picture which I didn\'t notice on my copy On my iPad. I would have paid to have it taken out. It has really ruined my canvas print. It is not your fault but it would have been appreciated if I had been notified and I had been given the option of having it removed. I was very pleased with the other three. Thank you!
